TASTING NOTE: Fruity-green and sweet nutty aromas, with notes of green grass, green almond, apple, banana, and ripe chestnut flavour. It is mild, soft and smooth, with little bitterness and spiciness. Delicious!

OPERATION: Very Easy. (1) Locate the arrow on the black tap. (2) Pull the black tap all the way up gently. (3) Unscrew the cap to open. (4) Pour the olive oil. (5) Screw back the cap to close. (6) To use again, just start from (3) to (5). Once the tap is up, it’s good to go—no need to push it back. A quick wipe around the spout after pouring keeps things neat and your oil tasting great.
