💡 This exceptional, SIQEV quality seal of approval extra virgin olive oil is produced from the best ARBOSANA olives that are harvested early in the season when the olives are still green. Arbosana olive varietal is native to Spain.
TASTING NOTE: Arbosana olive oil is similar to Arbequina–it has a fruity flavour, grassy aroma and nutty tones, with notes of freshly cut grass, tomato, banana, and tropical fruits. It is also known for its smooth texture with medium pungency, which is slightly more intense than Arbequina olive oil. Exquisite, flavorful, and complex.
FOR WHOM: Those who love fresh, smooth and fruity-green extra virgin olive oil with subtle bitterness and spiciness. Children will love Arbosana! Yum-Yum!
USE: Arbosana olive oil can enhance your culinary creation, elevate the taste of pastries, salads, grilled/steamed veggies, red tomato pasta sauce, creamy cheeses like burrata and ricotta, and Gazpacho, just to name a few.
OPERATION: Very Easy. Unscrew the black cap to pour. If the oil drips too slowly, simply shake the bottle gently up and down — it will flow smoothly. The white insert inside the neck prevents air from entering when the cap is removed, keeping the oil fresh. So if it only drips, just give it a light shake for a steady stream.
STORAGE: Keep it cool, dark, sealed, and away from heat and light—no fridge, no fuss; odours can sneak into the oil, and you’ll be using it often anyway.
