Flavours of olive oil are determined by a wide range of factors including the type of olive, ripeness at harvest, growing conditions, crop maintenance, handling of fruit from tree to mill and finally the milling process itself and the storage conditions.
We have consolidated and presented the tasting note of the olive oil from the assessment of the professional olive oil tasters and the producer. Be mindful that extra virgin olive oil is a natural product. Its taste can vary slightly from year to year.

Bought the sampler, and it was fun trying the different olive oils — you can really taste the difference! I’ve had picual and arbequina before (from other brands), arbosana was a new one and had its own unique flavor.
