TASTING NOTE: Aromatic, warm and ripe fruity extra virgin olive oil. Its quality and origin are certified by the PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) Priego de Córdoba. A perfect balance of fruitiness, bitterness, and peppery flavours.

CULTIVATION: Conventional farming.

USE: This extra virgin olive oil is an excellent choice for everyday use. It can be enjoyed by itself, with toast for breakfast, as dressing on salad, as a main ingredient of dishes. And it is also ideal for frying due to the high presence of antioxidants and high oleic acid content. Its smoke point is around 210°C.

DIMENSION: Compact and small size. 14 (W) x 18 (L) x 23 (H) cm. Approximately A5 paper size.

We have consolidated and presented the tasting note of the olive oil from the assessment of the professional olive oil tasters and the producer. Be mindful that extra virgin olive oil is a natural product. Its taste can vary slightly from year to year.
