💡 This ORGANIC, early-harvest extra virgin olive oil is produced from specially selected very green PICUAL olives harvested in October.
TASTING NOTE: Powerful green fruity with green nuances of fig tree, tomato plant, banana peel, and almond. On the palate, it reveals remarkable fluidity, complexity, and a perfect balance, exuding harmony with subtle floral undertones. Yummy & Tasty!

USE: Ideal for daily use and raw consumption, superb for dressing salads, spreading over grilled bread, and any complex dishes.
PACKAGING: TIN packaging offers full protection from UV and visible light, provides an excellent oxygen barrier when properly sealed, and helps preserve olive oil flavour by minimising exposure to light and air. 1L=2 units of 500ml. It’s surely value-for-money!
OPERATION: Very Easy. (1) Locate the arrow on the black tap. (2) Pull the black tap all the way up gently. (3) Unscrew the cap to open. (4) Pour the olive oil. (5) Screw back the cap to close. (6) To use again, just start from (3) to (5). Once the tap is up, it’s good to go—no need to push it back. A quick wipe around the spout after pouring keeps things neat and your oil tasting great.
