💡 This ORGANIC, early-harvest extra virgin olive oil is produced from specially selected green PICUAL olives harvested in October when the olives are still very green.
TASTING NOTE: Green fruity with green nuances of fig tree, tomato plant, banana peel, and almond. On the palate, it reveals remarkable fluidity, complexity, and a perfect balance, exuding harmony with subtle floral undertones. Yummy, Tasty!

OPERATION: Very Easy. (1) Locate the arrow on the black tap. (2) Pull the black tap all the way up gently. (3) Unscrew the cap to open. (4) Pour the olive oil. (5) Screw back the cap to close. (6) To use again, just start from (3) to (5). Once the tap is up, it’s good to go—no need to push it back. A quick wipe around the spout after pouring keeps things neat and your oil tasting great.
