💡 This ORGANIC early-harvest extra virgin olive oil is very aromatic–produced from selected HOJIBLANCA olives, and carefully harvested at their peak when the olives display vibrant shades of green and purple.
TASTING NOTE: Medium fruitiness and well balanced. Its green aromas and nuances remind us of apple, fresh grass and green almond. It offers a harmonious interplay of sweetness, smooth texture, creamy mouthfeel, gentle bitterness, and a subtle spicy finish. Very Aromatic!
FOR WHOM: Those who enjoy sweet, smooth, and green organic extra virgin olive oil–gentle bitterness and pleasant spiciness. Good for our kids & family. Good for their healthier & heartier future!
USE: With its elegant flavour profile, this lovely olive oil enhances fresh or grilled vegetables and adds a unique touch to fruit salads, cheese, and pasta.
PACKAGING: TIN packaging offers full protection from UV and visible light, provides an excellent oxygen barrier when properly sealed, and helps preserve olive oil flavour by minimising exposure to light and air. 1L=2 units of 500ml. It’s surely value-for-money!
OPERATION: Very Easy. (1) Locate the arrow on the black tap. (2) Pull the black tap all the way up gently. (3) Unscrew the cap to open. (4) Pour the olive oil. (5) Screw back the cap to close. (6) To use again, just start from (3) to (5). Once the tap is up, it’s good to go—no need to push it back. A quick wipe around the spout after pouring keeps things neat and your oil tasting great.

MERGAOLIVA CENIT HOJIBLANCA : green, sweet & smooth.
Flavours of olive oil are determined by a wide range of factors including the type of olive, ripeness at harvest, growing conditions, crop maintenance, handling of fruit from tree to mill and finally the milling process itself and the storage conditions.
We have consolidated and presented the tasting note of the olive oil from the assessment of the professional olive oil tasters and the producer. Be mindful that extra virgin olive oil is a natural product. Its taste can vary slightly from year to year.
